Grief is not something we solve or move past.
It is something we learn to live with.
Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, whether you are navigating your first loss or carrying many, grief can touch every part of life in ways that feel confusing and overwhelming.
This Living With Grief workshop replay offers a gentle place to pause, reflect, and explore ways of being present with grief as it is.
What you will explore in this workshop
In this session, you will be guided through reflections and practices designed to support mindful self-care while living with loss.
As you watch, you will explore:
- How grief impacts the whole self, including the body, emotions, thoughts, relationships, and sense of identity
- Why grief can feel disorienting or overwhelming, and why that does not mean anything is wrong with you
- How the brain responds to loss, including why it may continue to search for someone you love
- Why emotional waves are a natural part of grief, not signs of failure or regression
- How mindfulness can support presence and self-compassion, without trying to fix or rush grief
You will also be guided through a mindfulness practice focused on gently showing up for yourself in difficult moments, with awareness and kindness.
About the Living With Grief workshop
Living With Grief is a free, monthly online workshop focused on mindful self-care and living with loss.
Each session introduces a theme drawn from my Mindfulness and Grief System and is shaped by what feels most present for the group. While the focus may change from month to month, the intention remains the same:
to support understanding, presence, and compassionate self-care while living with grief.
The live workshops include gentle teaching, reflection, a mindfulness practice, and a Q&A.
Join a future live workshop
The Living With Grief workshop is offered live once a month. You are welcome whether your grief is recent or years old, whether you are navigating one loss or many.
