Group Enrollment for the Mindfulness & Grief Coach Certification

Thank you for supporting your team’s growth as Mindfulness and Grief Coaches. Group enrollment gives your organization or community a simple way to join the certification together while saving on tuition.

Whether you are enrolling with a colleague or coordinating a larger team, the process is easy. One person purchases the group package and receives a code that covers the full number of spots. Each participant then uses that code to register individually at no cost. This ensures everyone receives their welcome materials, event reminders, and access to our private community.

How Group Enrollment Works

1. Choose one person to make the purchase for your group

2. Visit the Group Discount Checkout Page

Once you have read these instructions, use the green button below. This is different from the checkout button on the main certification page

3. Use the appropriate coupon code below

This is based on the honor system. If an incorrect code is used, the transaction will be canceled to protect the integrity of group pricing. This code is also available on the checkout page.

4. Distribute the unique coupon codes

You will be given a unique coupon code for each participant. They can visit the main certification page, enter the code, and their checkout total will be zero. They will be required to agree to the terms and conditions. 

4. Everyone receives full access

Once registered, each person receives all welcome emails, access to the Circle community, Zoom links, course materials, and the Black Friday Book Bundle if purchased prior to the deadline

FAQ

Can I apply the payment plan to group packages?

No. We want every participant to receive their full discount without interruption. Group packages cannot be placed on a payment plan to ensure no one’s enrollment is affected by changes in another person’s ability to make the payments. If you do wish to defer payment, we suggest checking out with PayPal and use their Pay Over Time feature

Will group members receive the Black Friday Book Bundle?

Yes, as long as the group purchase is made by 11:59 PM on Friday, November 28, 2025.

Who should purchase the group package?

Anyone in the group can complete the purchase. The purchaser will receive the gift certificate code to share with the others.

How do participants register once they receive the code?

They can register on the Mindfulness & Grief Coach Certification page or using the link on the certificate that was emailed to you after your purchase. 

What if we are unsure of the exact number of people?

Because space is limited, we can only guarantee spots as they are purchased. If your group grows, you can secure additional seats by purchasing another package.

Do participants need to register immediately after purchase?

We encourage early registration so each person receives welcome materials and can prepare for the February start date. However, they will have up to 24 hours before the first class starts to finish filling out their enrollment form and join the class. 

Will each person have their own login?

Yes. To support teams in multiple locations and to honor each person’s individual learning, every participant receives their own login to the community and the training platform once they register with the group code.

What are the refund terms?
