About Heather

Heather Stang has spent more than two decades supporting people through grief, trauma, and life changing loss. Her work integrates mindfulness, modern grief theory, and lived experience.

Her approach focuses on helping people relate to grief as it shows up in real life, in the body, in relationships, and in daily moments. Rather than offering timelines or formulas, she supports people in building the capacity to live with what has changed while staying connected to what still matters.

Heather offers both individual and group grief counseling and coaching. All of the work here is guided by the same belief. Grief is not something to fix, but something to meet with care, awareness, and respect.
