Private Mindfulness & Grief Counseling

One-on-one support for your unique experience of loss

Grief doesn’t follow a script—and neither should your support. These private sessions are a space where you can be fully seen and heard, without pressure to “move on” or make sense of it all right away.

Whether you’re grieving a death, facing chronic sorrow, or navigating a complex loss, you’ll receive compassionate guidance rooted in mindfulness, attachment theory, and real-world tools. This isn’t traditional talk therapy—it’s a collaborative space to reconnect with your inner resources and begin to heal.

In these sessions, you will:

  • Explore the emotional terrain of your grief in a safe, confidential setting

  • Learn mindfulness techniques to calm overwhelm and support emotional regulation

  • Understand and work with attachment patterns that shape your experience of loss

  • Discover practices that help you feel more grounded and connected

You don’t need to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll find a path that feels right for you.

Private Coaching for Divorce & Relationship Loss

Rebuild your sense of self after the end of a relationship

The end of a relationship—whether through divorce, separation, or estrangement—is a form of grief that often goes unrecognized. But it can shake your identity, disrupt your sense of safety, and leave you carrying questions about who you are now.

This coaching is designed to help you move through that pain with clarity, self-compassion, and renewed strength. Together, we’ll create space to honor what you’ve lost, while gently guiding you toward what’s next.

In these sessions, you will:

  • Process the emotional layers of relationship loss, without judgment

  • Explore and shift attachment patterns that keep you feeling stuck

  • Rebuild your identity with values-aligned goals and gentle structure

  • Strengthen boundaries and reconnect with your own inner stability

You deserve support that recognizes the full weight of what you’re carrying—and helps you move forward without rushing the process.

Care for others starts with caring for yourself.
If you’re a counselor, therapist, coach, or caregiver, you know how vital it is to stay grounded, present, and purposeful. These services are designed to help you maintain your own emotional well-being while deepening your capacity to support others.
