Navigating Loss
New Book Launch
with Giveaways & Q&A Session

With Author Heather Stang
Tuesday, November 12
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET
Online via Zoom

Grief isn’t only about death—it’s about any significant change that alters our lives. This virtual event will delve into grief over the death of a loved one, plus non-death losses like divorce, estrangement, identity shifts, and caregiving burnout. We’ll explore how these often-disregarded losses deserve our care and attention, just as any other grief does. You’ll also learn how secondary losses—the changes in social roles, finances, and identity often experienced by the bereaved—fit into this broader understanding of grief.

During the event, you’ll get exclusive access to select guided exercises from the book, recorded specifically to help you move through the complexities of non-death grief and disenfranchised loss. Attendees who stay until the end will have a chance to win a Heather Stang three-book set—perfect for sharing with friends or starting a personal grief library.

What You’ll Get:

  • Practical guidance for addressing disenfranchised grief and non-death losses
  • Access to guided exercises designed to support your healing journey
  • Entry into a three-book set giveaway for those who attend until the end

Don’t miss this chance to connect, learn, and honor your unique grief journey with the support of Navigating Loss. Reserve your spot now!

Should You Attend?

This launch event is for anyone looking to better understand non-death loss and learn how to live with it rather than feel overwhelmed by it. It’s not about fixing you—you’re not broken. Instead, this event will provide knowledge, tools, and guided exercises to help you navigate grief in a way that honors your experience. Whether you’re facing divorce, estrangement, or a loss of identity, you’ll leave with practical guidance for coping with these often-disregarded forms of grief.
