Frederick Meditation Center

While writing my book I realized how much I miss providing direct service, so I took a walk in downtown Frederick to see what was available. After several weeks of searching, I am exciting to announce that I have secured a new space to host private Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions and meditation groups. The three room suite is also available for visiting teachers and healers who want to carry out the mission of helping others live more fully.

IOT_1371-001The first offering is an Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course beginning April 7, and an open Community Meditation Group on April 10. Private Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions will begin on April 1.

The Frederick Meditation Center is located at 1 West Church Street, on the corner of Market & Church above The Tasting Room. To learn more, visit MeditationFrederick.com, or call Heather at 240-446-3030. I can’t wait to see you in the new space!
